The service is very poor since 8:35 until now I have not completed. Please I don't like how their working poor service ever in my life. See the line on my photo. I think I can't advice anyone to depend with this bank. Also on operations manager number 14 I have used 45min yet we are two customer on line. I am so upset because I was to do something else yet it's 12:15 I have not done anything,this is not giving but wasting time. WAKE UP kasarani branch.
Not so good customer experience, bad attitude for business. Agents appear ehausted and enquiries are more of a bother.
It's a nice bank, but they might need to hasten their way of working. Spending hours in a queue is not a good thing in this era. Overall, I would give it a 6/10.
The moment you enter this bank, you'll feel that you are treasured as a person. From the polite Customer Care Staff who serve you with a smile to the warm Tellers who kindly say 'welcome' and 'thank you', the Equity experience is going to revive your spirits.
They never pick calls. If it happens that you need their services urgently over the phone, my friend, you are on your own. Their calls will go unanswered!! so horrible!
