Google should have 0-ZERO STAR RATE. Waited in queue,a whole hour,for dormant account activation. Queue system in check,but people would pick and drop forms,while we waited like idle, unfocused lot... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD On turn reach.. The staff are demotivated,bored and lacked enthusiasm. What happened to the many droves of people and hundreds of queues for deposits and withdrawals, A once upon a time?
Equity has the worst customer service especially for diaspora accounts. They transfer from one person to another without ever solving a simple problem. From Osoro, to Kirimi to Diana Musee....all these need training on addressing problems.
