Please tell me why you have 10 customer service or 10 employees all of them chit chatting. I was the only customer with a customer service ticket, and i had to wait 20 mins. And when am leaving thats the time they are calling my ticket number???? Why do you have all these extra hands if they are of no help to the customers the people who have employed them.

I have been at this place twice for money transfer products. The ladies at the counter are rude with zero customer service skills. Asking personal questions to embarrass you in the presence of other customers. Avoid this place if you are using money transfer services by sweet old means. 🥱🥱
