Bernard and Joshua were extremely helpful when I visited this branch from as a Diasporan. They helped solve my issue with card and Internet banking. Customer service and team work was on fantastic. They are problem solvers and knowledgeable about equity policy and providing solutions.

Slow services, unmotivated staff!!!! I took a ticketat 8:30am and wasn't served until 9am which again took up to 9:30am. People came and left me there. Upon inquiring at the reception I was directed to a certain counter 3. Who then sent me to counter 1.The customer service lady is so slow and rude, instead of serving me she kept talking on phone with her colleagues. When I politely asked her to serve me since I had waited for an hour. She said I should have been called at the counter. SMH. You Can Do better

I have been in this bank over 10 times since it close to our studios. Terrible service in all 10 times. I highly advice you go to Eguity Muindi Bingu Street or Kimathi Street.
