Went to open an account here with a friend was told system down, came today and the brown lady at accounts opening had an unpleasant attitude...
This is one of the Equity bank franchise business point. It has its custom look of brown logo and cool interior design. Their services are fast and they have the best customer service in town, most of the time queues here are abit long but during of peak hours there is no long queues the best time to transact. I enjoyed my whole experience here.
