Worst agents ever. For a month I am waiting for a new card. Manager promised me it will be here this week he lied, he said he ordered it for me lied said I got nothing to worry about that's 3rd lie he said to me within 10 mins I was in his office. Other manager refused to tell me when he will be in said he will call me and that never happened. Unprofessional, incapable and impolite. Do not use this bank or this branch they are extremely bad at what they do and don't care AT ALL for their clients

Would this be the most important bank in Ireland? Come on. My wife and I, Ukraine she and EU citizen I, went to this branch on 16 May as we needed to open an account as soon as possible as a few days later, my wife was going to start working (and I would like to specify although it would not be necessary or decisive, with a permanent contract held at a well-known company). After requesting all possible documents, we were told that 'due to the great demand from many people at that time to open an account, the wait would be about three weeks'. To open a bank account in 2022, there is a wait? Are you serious? Too bad the minimum number of stars that can be conferred is one and not zero. But if only that were all. A month later, we start to solicit as the company requires bank details in order to proceed with the payment and after two imprecise e-mails, we still have no response and above all, no bank account with them. So we decide to proceed with opening an account with another bank, w

3 weeks ago . I lodge in the money but ATM has issues and I didn’t get all money and short of €100 . I talked with the customer service manager. They said they will check and ring me . Until now . I did not get any feedback. It’s very bad 🙂

The bank has a free car park for customers. There are a total of 4 atms. Deposit and withdrawal is not an issue. No cash desk.

Great customer service. Very helpful & friendly staff in Balbriggan.
