Bank of Ireland 14 Saint Laurence Street Moneymore

I haven't had a bad service like this one in a long time. Agents were impatient and slightly aggressive in their reply. While were there, for about 30 mins, most people were treated like this. Such a shame.

This branch doesn’t deserve not even a star.I went to exchange some bills after waiting more than 20 min at the cashier and the redhead lady whit a face of disgust says it s not possible.she just begin her shift! But I think her place it s not there!

I Went into branch a few weeks ago to fill out some paperwork, first women was helpful, then another lady approached me & asked me what I was doing, I explained to her I was filling out a form, she took it off me & starting reading through it. Absolutely horrible attitude towards me & asked me why I was filling it out etc & what it was for. I explained to her I have given the information to her colleague & she walked off in a huff. I have never seen such rude behaviour ever. I was so shocked I had to walk out of the branch. Such unprofessional behaviour from an Individual who works in any customer service environment.

Very impatient, rude, unhelpful reception desk staff in this branch, shame on BOI hiring this kind of staff to deal with customer care issues! I have been to this branch 3 times recently for sorting out my online banking issues, the "gentleman" at reception always said they couldn't do this and they couldn't do that, even they couldn't provide a heading letter of BOI to prove my account is with BOI???!!! That's absurd! When I tried to ask for more solutions on my banking issue, he used his fist banging the desk and shouted that" I have told you that's the best we can do, we couldn't help you!" From my undertanding, he was trying to use this to cover his inablility and short of knowledge of banking system, very unprofessional and rude!!! If I can give this branch a 0 star, I could have done it many times!!!

Very good bank, but there are always queues there 🙄
