Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don’t ever pair this bank with the app ptsb if you wanna get robbed, look at the reviews on ptsb and you will see you self, complete robbery should be shut down
I had James reilly to look after me today.. I have to say despite he had a massive queue waiting, he took his time with me to sort my direct debit issue which I came few times and nobody could ever resolved not even the manager. Very happy with his service and the bank should have more people like him working there it makes a difference..very helpful Angie vydelingum smith
As with most banks the service is either poor or non existent. If you wish to get any service which is not obtainable from an ATM then I wish you luck. I cannot recommend the staff either as I have had occasion to tell them their own procedures for some transactions.
Staff was very unhelpful and aggorant , especially a woman in her 50/60s with short blonde hair ..... will most definitely not be returning here again .... any other boi I have been too , staff would go out of there way to help you out ....
