Went in to ask how the SEPA payment system works because my wages are missing & thus is the branch of my company. Found the staff to be useless, very unwilling to help, kept pawning me off. Telling me they didn't know how it works, lol, bank staff that doesn't know how a major banking transaction system works tells you all you need to know really, following that up with trying to direct me to a phone number to ring even though the branch was empty....

This is not a bank at all. No counters to deal with business customers. All it is is a room with machines that charges ridiculous fees to the people that keep it in business. Bank of Ireland is a joke. Cutting costs by reducing staff to make super profits to then dish out to share holders. It’s reckless lending policies to its cronies bankrupted nearly this country.

Not a 'real' branch. No counter or general banking facilities. Only has machines and a few staff members for assistance with the machines. Disappointing to think how many people lost their jobs to put machines in so people can't access their accounts and use the bank as intended.

The building is fine but I don't like the tenant. It's a bank. I don't like any bank.

Worst customer experience ever . They're not going to help with anything. They'll tell you that you can do anything online
