Make your own judgement. I had to call because my old phone number was no longer active. After extensive verification they told me that a verification code will be sent to that non-existing number. UPDATE: They told me I have to visit a branch. For me this is 6000km away where I live now

Terrible branch to deal with , 1 cashier opened during lunchtime , 2 other lady’s walking around , one on her mobile who went outside the branch to continue the call . A Q had built up of about 7 people most of them elderly , one lady asked a staff member if they could speed up the process , her smart reply ‘ it’s lunchtime , we’re short of staff ‘. I have been in this branch at different times of the day , same thing happens . The bank really should do something about customers service .

Worst bank in Little island. Bad phone service take more then hour to talk to operator. No call back given. I have given my documents to open bank accout a month ago still not opened. Not even responding whats wrong. Why can't they do it, documents clear everything ok they just need to approve and account is open but cant do it. Specially Manager Colin dont take responsibility of any customer. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE.
