Bank of Ireland 70 Saint Patrick's Street Centre

It is impossible to speak to anyone at this bank!! I have spent all day trying to contact them, but no luck.

Just want to say I came in 3 times over the space of a few months and the staff were awesome, some times I had to wait, and I had to use the automated system for some transfers, but the staff were incredible, special shout out to Arnold, top guy

Not sure why BOI is spending money on their branches as they can’t assist you onsite. My recent experience was very negative - I was told to call a support number instead of resolving my issue at their branch. I called their support number 4 times over the past 7 working days and yet my application is stuck in review and still waiting on a decision… it really takes loads of time to have anything resolved with this bank.

Diabolical telephone service. Press 1...2...3... etc etc , none of which cover my query , and you are taken around in circles , back to the start again !!!!!! . Finally got to speak to someone , who put me onto the Deed's Department..........but they would not answer the phone !!!. Internet Banking has made the banks take the eye off the ball regarding customer services

Don't know why there's even a branch here if they just send you to South Mall for everything. Just put an ATM. Useless.
