Worse bank I ever dealt with. Lies about he reason the blocked the account and once confronted with the truth, refuses to provide further information. Unprofessional is a word that can't describe how bad they are. Just look at their absurd reply. The bank said my account was seized by the tax authority and I presented a letter from the tax authority proving there is nothing against me. It is the worse bank ever. Don't recommend touching it with 5 meters stick.

Five stars for the young guy, but the racist old woman with black hair who claimed my data couldn't be changed even when all of this was explained to her in Polish, and who tried to make me leave the bank... I ignored her and her colleague solved the problem in less than two minutes despite her claiming it was impossible.

The workers here always helped me with the issues. And recently Dorota Matuszewska helped me to renew my code. She is kind, patient and helpful. Kudos!!!

Dorota Matuszewska was the first person/agent in any bank in Poland that made me feel welcome and tried to genuinely help me. She did not rushed me or said right away "is not possible" (which happens a lot when you are a foreigner in Poland even though from European Union country) So thank you for that Dorota, I really appreciate your help and next time I need to take care of some things I will defientely try and recommend Dorota :)

Excellent bank with above and beyond service level. Employees are professional and competent. Also they followed their deadlines during documents processing. Highly recommended. Thank you!
