Giving 1 star feels generous for the level of service I experienced. I met every document requirement, despite how unreasonable they were, yet my application was delayed simply because locals were served first. A fair and organized queue is the minimum expectation at a bank, but this branch seems uninterested in even that basic standard. Such behavior only damages ING’s reputation. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this branch as well.

Today early afternoon after visiting this branch, in about 15-20 minutes I was able to open a bank account and this was only possible due to the customer centricity of the bank, very well imbibed by the bank representatives. I was very warmly welcomed by a gentleman and then introduced to Monika Stenka who was at the front-desk. She's polite, jovial, perfectly guiding through the whole account opening process and eager to solve all your doubts. Definitely she's a specialist in this space and wonderful person to interact with. This visit has been a great wonderful experience. I wish them all to grow stronger and continue the greater purpose - customer centricity.
