Great service. Monika helped me with application about business payments. I remember her from Oliwa branch, she helped over there as well. Generally Ing workers are very helpful.

When I use the card from a foreign bank (bank located outside of Poland) to take money from my foreign bank account with the ATM (Bankomat), I get 2 questions from the machine. The first question is: Do you want to billed in PLN or USD? If I choose PLN, I get the second question which is: CONVERT with a guaranteed exchange rate (option on the right side of the screen), or DO NOT CONVERT (option on the left side of the screen and text beneath says: exchange rate not guaranteed). When I choose the option on the right CONVERT, I later realize that I lost about 10 % of the amount of my money in the form of hidden fees for converting or what seems to be a very bad conversion rate. I asked the employees inside the bank a few times about this and called customer service on the phone. Only after the 4th time, did I finally find someone who understood the problem and agreed to let me make a complaint. This is really a scam to give customers such misleading information on an ATM machine which is
