The Lady at the desk was very friendly, professional and switched directly to brilliant english after I apologized for not speaking polish yet. That made the whole process very easy from the beginning to finish. Thank you very much for your Service that day.
Possibly the worst bank that you can ever go to in all of Poland. Avoid at any cost if you care about your mental health. If you are going to the bank then be prepared to visit on a daily basis for the multitude of issues that will follow opening an account. And the best part is those who are working in the bank have absolutely no idea what any basic procedure is about any problems that you face.
Highly recommended for foreigners! The only bank that helped me make an account, explained to me everything in detail and resolved all my questions!
The worst bank for opening an account. They require million of original documents and even do not tell about all of needed ones on the first attempt. At the result I just opened an account in Santander in 20 mins.
When you try to get your money after closing your account being a client for years , it takes weeks , not possible to transfer money or to get them quickly. They decide when you get your own money !!!! Try to think 1000 times before to open an account. Not surprised for so many bad reviews .
