Unprofessional not organized service. I made an appointment from 1.5 months before to recalculate and pay rest of my loan because it was the earliest possibility . When I came to bank, the responsible person had day off and I wasn't inform about it at all. Waste of time, effort, energy and in the end no responsible person.

I didn't have an appointment, yet I was served efficiently and without a long wait, which was a huge positive surprise for me. The customer service was top-notch—everything was handled professionally, yet in a very friendly atmosphere. A major advantage is the individual consultation booths, which provide comfort and privacy, making you feel like you're being treated individually. Special thanks go to Anna, who explained everything thoroughly, patiently answered questions, and was helpful at every stage of opening an account. Thanks to her service, the entire process was quick and stress-free. I highly recommend visiting this branch.

The bank has excellent people who know how to advise customers. They are very helpful and, in my opinion, explain everything professionally. I am great and have always been satisfied with the customer service. I recommend this bank 100 percent.
