Switched to ING from Santander after a horrendously bad series of customer service incidents.. So far everything is going well at ING. The mobile app is good and has English support (mostly) and my experience at the branches has been great. Happy doing business so far.
It is very strange that if you would like to deposit,you Have to do that within 4PM. probably Ing does not consider the fact that people are working also till 16:30/17...
