The attitude is very bad. My money was mistakenly transferred to an account in Pko Bank. When we wanted to ask for help, the staff refused to cooperate and kept driving us away.

Very professional service. Especially Mrs. Anita, she is very humble and helpful.

Opened an account, only to have it closed without a clear reason. It’s unacceptable to stereotype customers based on nationality. If you value fairness and transparency, avoid this bank!

Total mess. Huge queue and only a half of cashiers are working. The most idiotic situation, when it was my turn after 40 mins of waiting, cashier said I have to get another ticket, because I incorrectly chose D instead of A, ok, maybe she cannot do operations for A tickets, but the next person went to her with A ticket! Why? Why do you provoke the creation of queues yourself?

I needed 10 zlt cash for parking and had to withdraw the minimum amount of 50zlt from their ATM, which charged me +20 zlt commission! The bank will tell you the commission is from your card's issuer but it's actually PKO who is charging the fee as it's displayed on the ATM's screen. It's not acceptable in this day and age, just go elsewhere and avoid this Bank & ATM.
