I wanted to open an account. I went inside and said: I want to open an account. The banker at the entrance: Now? Me: Yes Her: No *shakes her head and smiles* Me: Ok, thank you, bye A joke of a branch, totally ruins the reputation 😅

Horrible service. No one wanted to help. Go to any other ING bank. Everyone from ING knows how bad the people in posnania are. They didn’t want to open bank account for European Union citizens because they never heard of the EU nationalities other than Western Europe and Poland. Don’t go there, waste of time and they clearly don’t want to work. When we asked for help, there were 3 ladies doing nothing and none of them wanted to help but one “had to” come to us and tell us that she can’t open the account, despite EU passport, work contract, and living in Poland for 3 years. EDIT: your response is not meaning anything basically. You couldn’t help no matter what and you probably wouldn’t be interested to help. Just close this branch since they’re not making much profit👯‍♀️

Opening an account with ING in Poznania is like applying for a permit to heaven. The women was just so annoying and refused to open an account for me because my last name is not changed to my marital name. Next day I went to another bank and they opened an account for me within 15 minutes. You don’t even deserve any star from me. Very poor service.

Very poor service. I visited the place today to open a bank account for my wife and haven’t expected such a rude behaviour from the lady at the Service Desk of a Global bank like ING just because I am a foreigner and doesn’t know the language. Worst experience and feeling bad for being a customer of ING bank.

Went to this location and I was met with the "no one here speaks English" excuse. An international bank with uneducated and rude workers. Unbelievable...
