Very bad service! I came to open an account, positive and confident in the quality of service and compliance with my needs in this respected bank. I had prepared all the documents in advance and had them with me. But it turned out that not everything was as simple as it was written on the official website of this bank. They came up with everything they could so that I would go away: "why do you need an account...", "do you work", "do you rent an apartment" and even "you can pay through the post office". It's a shame. Maybe it's because I'm from Ukraine... I would never wish what is happening in my country on anyone.

OMG, what a poor service! I went to Serenada branch and the lady sitting said, 'its only for Polish people'. I can't believe the way she responded which is even worse. 2024 Dec. I confirmed the reviews given here are true. I am sorry for their market!

They Said They Can't Do Anything... It's Not In Our Hand... On Call Your Agents Say... It's Another Department... I Demand For A Contact Of That Department... Sorry We Don't Have Any Contact Of That Department... And Later After Visiting Branch Few Times

Kind and helpful specialist to open bank account. You must take an appointment for bank account opening if you don't speak Polish.
