Hello! I would like to share my impression about the service in one of the branches of Bank Polski. The service in on the highest level! The personnel are highly qualified professionals who are also very friendly and cheerful. I would like to point out pany Valeria Maslo. She was very helpful in solving my issue. I am really satisfied with the work of this particular branch!

Most shocking treatment of clients by director Michal Grodzinski. So rude and didn’t even pretend to be helpful. He pretended not to understand A SINGLE WORD of English, Ukrainian or Russian even thought we are clients with account opened at the same brunch. Turns out cashiers at Jabka next door speaks more languages than director of polish bank office and shows more effort in helping. Disgrace of disrespectful attitude towards clients.

The employees Agata Ciaston and Grazyna Gugula are great! We came 15 minutes before the end of work, but we explained our situation. We had an urgent need to open bank accounts and this was the last bank branch that was open that day. Agata and Grazyna stayed late after work and helped us a lot! Thank you very much!

Very helpful in this department, the manager Valeria speaks several languages as Ukrainian, russian and Polish, which makes the work very easy, thank you very much, I will recommend to friends and acquaintances
