Never works, why do they close room with 24/7 working atm?? Makes no sense

some of the employees are rude only because you are a foreigner, and despite the fact that they speak english, they try there best not too.

This is the best PKO branch 💫💫💫. Konrad Borowski was extremely helpful and compassionate and attentive. Big professional and more importantly there was no line at this branch.

The service took a very long time, despite the employees' awareness that they were unable to perform the service. From the outset, I indicated that I wanted to deposit cash (to repay a debt owed by a deceased family member), but I couldn't use the ATM (I'm not a bank customer) or make a transfer at that moment. Knowing this, the bank employees wasted time on phone consultations, the only result of which was the conclusion that they couldn't help me in any way because the branch was cashless (my mistake, as I could have determined this myself earlier, but the bank employees probably shouldn't have been surprised by this fact and could have immediately informed me that they were unable to help and referred me to another branch).
