PKO Bank Polski 102 100 Marszałkowska

I went to the location at Złota 61, and I expressed my problem to the staff member. She just gave me the number for customer support and neglected me. I then decided to go to Marszałkowska 100/102, and they resolved my issue as quickly as possible. They also spoke very good English. They didn’t neglect me just because I can't speak Polish. They handled my situation very well and quickly. What more could I ask for? :)"

I won’t go this bank again. I have been in different PKO departments, but in this one I have been 2 times, and 2 times I got problems with just putting money to my bank account. Having all the invoices and everything, they just don’t let me do this. Moreover, every time, any part of the day, you need to wait for 20 minutes until your turn. Not recommend going there.

This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible teller. They couldn't speak English and refused to process my transaction. They wouldn't even let me withdraw my deposited money. It's a truly unfair contract.
