Terrible office. They never answer the phone, they have inexperienced staff, and they're reactive and slow to solve problems.

The worst bank branch I've ever been to. I spoke with Christian (an employee) about opening an investment account, and after a year, I found out he'd opened a savings account for me. If I don't have my salary deposited there, they charge exorbitant fees. It's appalling that a bank employee doesn't even know what they're doing. Months ago, I asked Christian to make an urgent transfer to pay for insurance, and after a week of the money not arriving, I found out that even though he gave me proof of the transfer, he hadn't actually made it. On the other hand, Eva (an employee), when she was managing my funds, undervalued my money because, in her opinion, it wasn't a "large" amount.
