I went to the office today to ask a question, and Elisabeth, the person who helped me, was unpleasant, unprofessional, and unethical for reprimanding a colleague in front of me. I can't remember being treated so badly in years. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I was so shocked that someone who works with the public could be so rude and have so little empathy that I couldn't let it go. I hope this helps others avoid the same experience.

This is the best Bankinter branch if you're looking for someone who ignores your emails or doesn't return your calls. My account is blocked, and neither the assistant manager, Tamara, nor the account manager, Elena Fernández Lorenzo, have bothered to clarify the situation. They haven't resolved it through telephone banking either. Since Bankinter's customer service department isn't responding, the next step will be to file a complaint directly with the Bank of Spain. Seven days to go.
