The waiting time is generally shorter than at Hang Seng Bank on Kai Yuen Road, but avoid locations where only one counter is open. There are ticket machines nearby: one at the MTR station and another in the ground floor of Kwun Tong Plaza. Additionally, due to its proximity to the Kwun Tong MTR station exit, the air conditioning is insufficient, making it quite stuffy in summer.
