A branch of Heng Seng Bank, away from the podium of Telford Plaza, need to cross the footbridge from the podium
Very helpful staffs, great hospitality.
Upon entering, a male and female staff member welcomed my friend and me. The man was extremely rude; he wouldn't listen to my questions, telling me to call the call center for everything. When I mentioned cutting my card, he led me to the counter. He was so welcoming of my card cutting!
There were three men at the entrance, one of whom had extremely poor service! The other two men seemed mute and couldn't answer questions.
Excellent service!
