As a premier customer, I literally spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to service me (part of their ticketing system) during that time, the ticket queue moved by 1. I had to give up and waste 25 mins of my day (not willing to wait another 4 tickets and potentially more than an hour)- not something you would expect from a Premier service. There was no announcement from the Bank staff or apologies for the delay.
I was welcomed right away and had my temperature taken. The teller was pleasant & quickly cashed out my check. However, there are stair to the main bank.
The machines of this branch always break down and the queue is always very long here.
