Lots of people queuing. Nice environment though. With ATM machines outside the bank.
The service was incredibly slow and the attitude was terrible. I don't know if they don't know how to do their job! I just wanted to ask a question, and after waiting for half an hour, the staff still hadn't finished with the customer who asked the question before me (I waited for almost half an hour before I heard the staff say that my computer was not working and that I had to borrow one from someone else 🙄).
The service is incredibly slow. Do they simply not know how to do their job? Changing just a few pieces of information took half an hour!
Slow and annoying, making people wait. After an hour, they say it's wrong and make people wait another hour. They talk so fast, their work efficiency is zero.
They're all brainless, the service is terrible, especially the manager.
