staff serving literally everyone but clients who got tickets and waiting in line
Incompetent and slow employees. Takes an hour to wait for a deposit. Takes another hour for them to fumble your check and finish the deposit. Literally have had surgeries that took shorter than depositing a check there. Except going to this bank is more painful. Kowloon branches way faster.
