Slow staff, they don’t care about their regular customers. Huge queues they don’t care!
There is an elevator to the bank, but the queuing space is rather small and often full of people, and some staff members are also very slow in their work.
The bank is on the second floor, with an elevator and two ATMs that are well-lit at night.
