Apparently, it's not normal these days to expect to be able to deposit or withdraw money at a bank. You have to go to a store with your cash to deposit it, you know, the kind where they minimize cash handling to prevent robberies... It's actually quite a bizarre concept. If there's a problem with depositing, you're done, or you have to call, go to the bank, or arrange it online. If core tasks are outsourced, why keep paying more for service?
They have nothing but incompetent employees. Actually, one star is too much. I've been trying to insure a car and get my claims-free years correct for two months now. Every time, a different employee picks up the slack, but no one understands or does it correctly. There's no response, and processing times are extremely long. Worthless. Completely done with this company.
The ladies there were very helpful. Hopefully, this will continue in the future. We're happy to be able to get help when needed. Great ladies, and thank you.
