The service is becoming increasingly minimal and the costs are maximal. Complaints are not handled properly; you're not heard, even though illegal deductions have been made from my bank account. Rabobank is complicit in this and immediately rejects a complaint about this without further investigation.

We've had several conversations about taking out our mortgage. We've always received excellent service. And if we have questions, we're always quick to get in touch with our contact person. And if she's not available, she lets us know who her replacement is, should it be necessary.
