The lady with grey hair on the desk was rude and and didn’t want to help us. She just wanted to get rid of me to go to eat on her working time. Three days they were stalling me for a job that took 15 minutes. She was also racist and arogant and mocking my country, because i didn’t know the language. I hope i don’t meet such people ever again.
