Customer service is amazing, they literally make my day. A 40-minute phone conversation with them feels like fun.
The bank that used to be in every village... That's why it was so close to the people. The human touch wasn't noticeable this afternoon... My wife and I were out for the day in Dordrecht. My wife has Crohn's disease and suddenly and urgently needed the restroom (just Google her symptoms). Luckily, we found a Rabobank headquarters. The Rabobank where I always have my accounts and also our mortgage. After the first sliding doors, there was a restroom. So, before the second sliding doors, which led to the counter and the actual reception area. You can imagine that, out of relief and out of necessity, you'd go straight to the restroom. When my wife was done, we prepared to leave through the first sliding doors. "Hello, wait a minute!" A bank employee addressed us directly. She asked us what this was... And that this was apparently not the intention. My wife immediately explained her condition and therefore her unpleasant situation (it can be quite unpleasant). I looked for my Rabobank car
Rabobank, the bank that, without any hesitation, sends a bailiff to customers who have been banking for over 20 years and registers their debt (coronavirus) with the Credit Registration Office (BKR), without any formal information. In fact, I had a very good conversation on the day the BKR registration was registered, and yet they're pushing people—or rather, CUSTOMERS—into even deeper misery. The last word hasn't been said about this yet; it's truly scandalous!
The worst bank ever. They haven't issued a card for a year. I've been to the bank several times asking where my card is. They told me, "Wait another two weeks, it should arrive soon." So, I went and got a card at another bank. Don't go to this bank, go to ING or ABN AMRO.
Rabobank made a huge profit, but it cost €140 to repair my daughter's iPad due to her nose. Thanks, Caspert. A very bad experience with Rabobank. They sell you a product, in this case, an Interpolis insurance policy. Now that I (unfortunately) damaged my daughter's iPad, the insurer won't reimburse anything. The iPad's value is supposedly less than the repair costs. I filed a complaint with Interpolis and also with Rabobank, contacting the director, C v d W. A nice man who listens to me and doesn't do anything else. The advice is to let it go! Worthless
