I just went to this branch because it's listed as a coin-dispensing location in the Geldmaat location guide. NOT CORRECT, save yourself the trip, because it's only for Rabobank customers. Luckily, I have a personal account with Rabobank and was still able to withdraw the coin rolls, but when I asked the lovely colleague behind the counter for a bag or envelope or something to put the rolls in, she told me to wait. Fine, but a few minutes later, when she was waiting at the printer for another colleague, she could have easily grabbed something. She remained friendly but was still mean to make me wait so long when she could have easily bent down and grabbed an envelope from her locker. After all, the coin tray was full of rolls, and she was waiting anyway. Not very nice. Rabobank, please inform the Geldmaat location guide that you only have coins for your own customers, because this is causing unnecessary irritation.

If you have to drive a long way to deposit money, you suddenly can't deposit money. Put that on your website to save people driving back and forth.

This has been my bank for 48 years now, where I have all my financial products, and I am still very satisfied with this bank.

It's not my bank, I was with someone but was immediately offered coffee, which I thought was great.
