Since the reorganization, it's been impossible to contact a specific branch directly for an in-person appointment. This has to be done by phone through the central service desk. Frustrating, I've tried several times to reach the right person. No luck, it's a constant process of being passed around. I finally filed a complaint, but the complaint handling is inadequate. In short, I still haven't been able to schedule an in-person appointment with a branch. How is that possible?
