ING - servicepunt 59 Hammarskjoldhof Utrecht

Bad experience, and DO NOT GO THERE on SATURDAY, the working hours are completely wrong, travelled for 1 hour to go there but apparently no one is there. Obviously according to the existing comments you should go to other service points, and ing needs to hire some really working employees

I am working in the Netherlands for 3 years. I have never experienced racism in my stay here. But a friend of mine did experience racism from one of the employees of this particular service point. Not willing to help and looking down on expats is not helping anyone. Please re-evaluate your methodologies and behaviour, or other measures can and will apply as well against racial discrimination.

I went to this service point today to get some help with my ING account, but the lady at the counter was so rude and racially discriminative. Felt so bad and walked out without getting any help. Hope ING look into this issue and sort it out sooner, so nobody else has to suffer the fate as I did today.

@ing The worst service point and the lady is way worser. She took a break for 20 minutes. After returning, she said her system is not working and checked before 5 minutes. She did not even come to her for 20 minutes and she said she checked it before 5 minutes. She is just sitting and doing nothing.

There was nobody there. She was on a break for 30+ minutes. I was tired of waiting for her so I left with nothing.
