Regiobank is now ASN Bank. Apparently, ASN Bank has its own language. At least, I read in an email that ASN Bank will be using the same language from now on: they'll no longer address the customer as "U" but "JE" (Je). I find this disrespectful. Furthermore, as a widow, you're addressed by your maiden name! I call this INDECENT, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPAIDABLE!! The deceased husband's name is simply dismissed. Who comes up with something like that? Someone who probably has nothing better or more useful to do! Even the salutation of a letter, for example: "Dear Jan Jansen." It's ridiculous. Again: who comes up with something like that? I've already complained about this by phone. I hope ASN Bank will do something about this, otherwise it could cost them customers. Sincerely, WAG VAN DELFT-FOCKE (not WAG FOCKE)!!!

When switching to Regiobank, I deliberately did NOT choose the branch (Crielaard Nieuwendijk) to which I have now been indiscriminately transferred due to bad experiences in the past. Why can't you, as a customer, choose a different branch yourself? Moreover, the website still displays information about closed branches. You would expect a bank to keep its website up to date.

During our switch from Regiobank to Fidus Echt and now to ASN Bank, we were forced into a branch we absolutely didn't want to go to due to the extremely unfriendly employee. Despite filing a complaint, we still received yet another message about an undesirable branch. When will you finally listen to the customer?

We've always been very satisfied with the local branches of this bank. Now, our bank in Ewijk suddenly has to close, and we have to go to a bank in our hometown that we absolutely will NOT, EVER, go to. We used to be a customer there, but due to poor treatment by this department, we left. We once withdrew everything from our insurance, mortgage, and bank accounts, and now we suddenly have to go there, either drive 22 km to Beneden Leeuwen or 18 km to Groesbeek. So, we're not going to do that. We'll find another bank.

The world's worst bank. You request a letter, then the website said that two letters would arrive. One arrives right on time, but the other just doesn't come. Waited DAYS and it still isn't here. Furthermore, it is NEVER open outside working hours, for example. It is closed on Saturdays and every day after 5 pm as well.
