It's always a bad experience at this branch; they go out of their way to ignore current promotions. We keep coming back because it's the closest one to us. But the service continues to decline. The Glorieta del Charro branch is more recommendable; they're much more professional and attentive. They could learn a thing or two from them.

I went with my mother to open a bank account so she wouldn't have money sitting at home, "savings." After an unnecessarily long wait, a woman who seemed incredibly bitter attended to us, seemingly intent on serving only her position of power. Hahaha. Well, after such poor service during the account opening process, we decided to AVOID OPENING THE ACCOUNT. We felt harassed and implied that our money was obtained illegally, etc. I hope that person continues to be so happy... Hahaha. I don't recommend going to this place unless you absolutely have to. By the way, the place was empty. I can't explain why! Hahaha. Another bank will surely treat us well.
