I never use their services. I came to exchange 50 fifty-peso bills for larger bills, and they limited me to 3,000 pesos. They're a bank and shouldn't be doing this.
Excellent service, and I received support the entire time I was there. I was alone and they attended to me quickly. I don't know if it was just luck, but I was hardly in the bank at all. They have several parking spaces.
They treated me wonderfully, I opened a savings account with only $20 MXN
TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE WINDOW SERVICE TIME IS 1 HOUR. IF YOU'RE LUCKY, UP TO 2 HOURS!!!!!! THAT'S 2 HOURS TO MAKE A MOVEMENT... THAT'S TERRIBLE!!!
