Three executives at desks, only one occupied, and a girl ahead of me in line. I waited 25 minutes, and then two guys arrived who didn't even take a number and sat down to socialize with the executives. Their service is terrible.

Sandra Aceves's service was terrible. The experience was awful. And she even mocks the customers. How could they have hired her? Fire her! She's completely unfit for customer service.

I'm not a demanding person when it comes to bank service. I understand that procedures can be time-consuming and that the staff might be in a bad mood. I also try to be a good customer. But the problem is that when I asked about the process for requesting the invoice for my car, they denied it without any further consultation and sent me to the main branch where the loan originated. When I arrived at the other branch, which was over an hour away, they told me it wasn't necessary, that I could request it at any bank, and that they should have requested it there for me. Anyway, now I'll have to pick it up there too. I don't think it's a lack of ability; they just didn't feel like doing it. I'm just sharing this so that if you need to request an invoice, don't let them lie to you.
