As good as any other bank I guess...
The service from the tellers is terrible. You feel like they own your money and decide how many checks they're going to cash for you. I understand they might be having a bad day, but their attitude is arrogant; they treat you as if they're doing you a favor by cashing the checks.
Avoid it if you're not a Banorte customer and need to make a payment. You'll see everyone else get in front of you, even those who arrive after you. At least you'll have a seat, though.
The service at this branch is terrible. They never give you a response quickly. You have to keep begging for help, and they block accounts without any justification. Rafael Zuñiga needs customer service training.
The branch manager was AWFUL. He refused to help me with something I'd already done, but he also refused to re-verify the account. His only excuse was that he was the manager and whoever let me do it before was wrong. Terrible service.
