Waiting on hold for 2 hours only to hear an AI voice again
The chat was terrible, and calling Rabobank was equally terrible. I was on hold for 20 minutes and couldn't get through. After two days of trying to sort it out online, we went to Rabobank Gemert, where we received excellent service. The staff were friendly, and the explanations were clear. Fantastic!
Belabberd! Contact met RABO is onmogelijk! Telefonisch niet bereikbaar; wachttijden veel te lang; zelfs plotseling gestopt terwijl ik al 8 minuten wachtte!! On line ook niet; zowel met chat als met medewerker chat geen echte antwoorden! Op de locatie Gemert niemand aanwezig om me te adviseren! Kortom, beroerde communicatiemogelijkheden!
The fact that Rabobank is closing its local branches isn't easy or pleasant, but it's understandable. However, having to wait 10-15 minutes to reach a representative is extremely unfriendly to customers and shouldn't happen now that all these branches are closed.
Trying to contact a person to report a problem isn't really working. That virtual assistant is useless.
