She didn't even want to lean towards me. she was absolutely rude. I wanted to make a transfer and she told me to sit down and wait because she wanted to serve the people in the queue, not me. they should fire her because she's not helpful, ignoring. and absolutely unhelpful.

I didn't like the service. I created an account and received a letter that I would receive the card in 3 days. I waited 2 weeks. Then I wrote in support. The consultant replied that I should come to the bank. Why write on the site that you can quickly make a card online? It is very difficult to communicate when you have just arrived and do not know the language.
