The employees are good, they help to solve any problem. minus a star for the fact that when I asked by phone if I could speed up the receipt of the card, I was offered to send the contracts and contact the bank in the city, the contract came in a week and I went to the bank, but they said that the contracts should be sent by mail, and they could not pick them up

They don’t allow translators even they go out of their way to kick you out, rude and honourless.

The guy on the reception and lady who help to my girlfriend they was very nice with us, but the guy who speak with me was stupid and we refused to open bank account to this bank

This bank is possibly the worst there is. The staff tries their best, but they always have to ask someone else, who then just stays "hidden." After being disconnected today, I decided to call again myself. They closed my account 11 years ago, and they should be happy my mortgage is being paid off now. Because what a bank! Unfortunately, I couldn't give half a star. But given the other reviews, someone at the bank should really think twice... and ask themselves if they're ready for some real customer satisfaction training. Which I'd be happy to give them (at a reduced rate). Addition 4-7: I waited over 20 minutes, then was deleted from the system, called back anyway, and now I'm already waiting another 5 minutes. That's awful.

A great online bank. I've been a customer for years, but the woman at the help desk upon arrival couldn't be more politely described as a witch. She pushes all the work off my shoulders and offers little help. If you then ask her for help again, you get a passive-aggressive, empty comment combined with the most forced smile on the planet. It was downright awful to see the older customers leave the building in frustration after they couldn't log in. I came to apply for a credit card, but there was a "technical glitch" that prevented her from printing the terms and conditions. She then automatically accepted them for me. She couldn't explain why clearly. My afternoon was ruined by this awful person.
