The worst bank ever. I have waited more than 2 months for opening an account. The process continues until I called them, and no one knows what happened. The existing of this bank is totally ridiculous.

I've asked several times to fix a problem, but after two months, the problem still hasn't been resolved. Terrible service!

Due to my now very poor satisfaction with Rabobank's services, I'm seriously considering switching to another bank that also invests more "greenly" (Rabobank's business model is anything but). Several factors play a role in this. Firstly, in my opinion, the Raboscanner is outdated and not user-friendly in 2022. Each time, I have to call for 15-20 minutes during office hours, and no solution is offered. I've now been without a working debit card for literally two months. After calling different employees three times, I received no help. I spent around 40 minutes on the phone on three different days, explaining my situation over and over again. They have zero empathy for their customers' services and how payment systems can be a crucial element in our business. Each time, I felt like they weren't taking my daily lost revenue seriously. Still no help, and now, due to a mistake by Rabobank and a lack of support, I've lost €200-€300 every day for three days. The clock is ticking. Rabobank, please help me.
