Regiobank In Nijmegen 92 Mariënburg Nijmegen

What the hell are they doing here? I'm moving to Nijmegen, transferring myself to this Regiobank, and they can't do anything for me. It took five months (!!!) before I even got an appointment with them. I couldn't open a business account with them because it was prone to fraud and they wanted to see annual statements for the past two years. What nonsense, I'm a starting freelancer, right? I came by to deposit money, but that wasn't possible either. No correspondence when I asked directly. Sketchy everyone.

It feels a bit old-fashioned, but we went to their office to open a business account. We then filled out a form "together" (which we could have easily done ourselves, but hey, otherwise it wouldn't be in the region). Then the trouble began; it wasn't supposed to take longer than two weeks. But after two months of waiting, we gave up. We kept getting the same questions, even though we'd already answered them with the same person (who acted as a relay). Clearly, nothing was done with our answers. It's a shame, because we really liked Regiobank's values. After complaining that it was taking too long, we received no response, not even to follow-up questions about where this went wrong.
