Worst bank, worst staff, worst service. They are not trained to serve the foreign public. They should be replaced by automatic machines. Because that bank's employees aren't doing anything there. The service that these employees do at the bank, the vending machines do better.

Terrible service. I needed to bring some papers as volunteer for a VvE. I cannot make an appointment online because I have no account. So I need to go to the bank to make an appointment, and then I need to come back 3 hours later. Delivery of the papers toke 5 minutes.....

The worst bank I've ever been to, I strongly do not recommend it, 2 lazy employees, very unfriendly, I went in with a simple issue, none of them wanted to help.

The staff is kind but I'm very unhappy with being a customer of the ING bank. I had so many problems from the start. Setting up a joint account is supposedly easy for them, but they seemed not be capable of doing so. It took months. My online-banking documents, I only received additional several months later. A name change was also a very hard thing for them as my name has been only changed 9 months later after I told them to change it. Lots of unnecessary hoops to jump through. I'm quite disappointed and frustrated with my experience. If I encounter similar things, I will change my bank.

Most unhelpful bank I have ever experienced. This bank also does not accept cash, what a joke.
