Bad. Upon entering, a cleaning staff member was at the ticket machine assisting customers while the bank staff chatted away. There were very few people, and yet I still wasn't able to get an advisor to help me in the 45 minutes I was there, so I left. This has happened to me twice now, and I can't even complete a simple transaction because of the incredibly incompetent service. The ATMs and parking lot, however, are excellent; they always have cash, are clean, and the parking area is very spacious.

The wait time at the window is impossible; they require you to take a number, and even then, people cut in line and the window staff don't say anything. I asked to use the restroom because I'm pregnant and it's something that can't be controlled, and they told me the closest ones were Walmart or Salud Digna (a public health clinic).

A bank that needs to update itself in a more digital way, its app is not as good compared to others that let you do things other than send and receive money, in particular in this branch they have treated me well, it has good furniture, good security systems and generally the ATMs always have money, I have never struggled with that, I like that it has a large parking lot even though during peak hours and pay days it gets very full and people do not respect the exits and there is no one from the bank checking this, they have a handicapped-accessible parking lot which seems fine to me.

Arriving at 8:30 a.m. and leaving at 10 a.m. simply because people are gossiping (among the employees) and because they let anyone through the window regardless of their shift. So you know, go with at least 3 hours to spare to wait. By the way, the bank says "don't accept help from strangers," and in the end, a stranger helped me more in 2 minutes than the entire staff.

They should do something about the parking lot, it's always full and the ATMs are empty, and the people who use the ATMs struggle to find a spot. The people who occupy the parking lot are people who go to buy pizzas. I hope you take my opinion into account. Thank you.
